Robert LW (Bob) Erwin has been involved with rugby football for 50 years. He served as Trustee of the USRF and is now a Director under the Foundation’s new corporate structure.

Bob serves as Senior Managing Director of Aeicon Corporation Limited – a merchant banking firm. Its business includes capital formation for energy, infrastructure and commercial real-estate assets in the U.S., Asia, Australia, Eastern Europe and Latin America.. Aeicon focuses its capital resources and financing capabilities on middle market opportunities with projects generally in the range of $50 million to $500 million. However, members of the Aeicon companies team have completed assignments on projects up to $3 billion in single transaction value. In addition to its structured financing focus, its MaxEn Capital Advisors division arranges corporate equity, working capital, bridge financing, mergers and acquisitions, assists its clients to secure strategic partners and partnering relationships. He is a member of the Explorers Club (NY) and the Union League Club – Chicago.
