Bob Watkins

Bob established R.J. Watkins & Company, Ltd. in 1980, an executive recruiting firm in San Diego. He serves as the company’s President and Chairman. He is currently President of the San Diego County Board of Education and serves on the Board of Trustees for National University, the San Diego Economic Development Corporation, San Diego International Sports Council, Corporate Directors Forum, La Jolla Institute for Molecular Medicine, Regenesis Biomedical, Inc. and the Hubbs Research Institute.

Bob is a partner in Unigate Technology Ventures, a tech-transfer company, and Tollbridge Ventures LLC; Aztec Venture Network, LLC, a seed capital venture fund. He also serves as an Executive Committee Member and Trustee of the San Diego National Sports Foundation, the organizer and builder of the US Olympic Training Center in San Diego.
