San Diego, CA (November 30, 2011) – Own a piece of rugby history while supporting youth and high school rugby in the United States by putting in the high bid for a New Zealand All Blacks jersey signed by some of the greatest All Blacks of all-time.

The 17 past All Blacks that signed this jersey played in a total of 638 test matches and includes some of rugby mad New Zealand’s best, including Buck Shelford, Michael Jones, Zinzan Brooke, Ian Jones, Steve McDowall, David Kirk, Joe Stanley, Robin Brooke, Jeff Wilson, Olo Brown and Terry Wright.

“On behalf of the US Rugby Foundation, I want to thank all of the past All Blacks for autographing the New Zealand jersey,” said USRF Executive Director, Brian Vizard. “They agreed that it was important to get rugby balls into kid’s hands as early as possible and their support of our A Ball 4 All program is very much appreciated.”

Not only will the high bidder of this All Blacks jersey receive a rugby memory that will last a lifetime but he or she will receive the satisfaction of knowing that every cent from their winning bid will go towards the US Rugby Foundation’s A Ball 4 All program. The goal of the A Ball 4 All program is to provide 50,000 youth and high school players in the US with their very own rugby ball in 2012.

Photos of the signed jersey and more information about each of the players that signed it can be found on eBay, item #180765275581. The bidding will conclude at 9:00 a.m. (PST) on Wednesday, December 7, 2011.
