About Us

The United States Rugby Foundation has reorganized as a Delaware not-for-profit corporation. Donations and contributions made to the Foundation by individuals or organizations are exempt from U.S. Federal and State Tax in accordance with the Foundation’s status as a 501(c)3 organization. Please note our new EIN is 81-5187776. Foundation assets earmarked for giving are dispersed in the form of grants to individuals and organizations that have demonstrable needs or requests that meet the guidelines established by the USRF.

San Diego, CA (December 17, 2015) – The United States Rugby Foundation has helped introduce rugby to thousands of children by providing size 4 and 5 rugby balls to youth and high school clubs and programs throughout the country. With our partner, Canterbury, the USRF has provided rugby balls (6,000 in the past two years alone) to over 1,200 youth and high school rugby teams, schools and community programs over the past eight years.

Grants provided by the United States Rugby Foundation would not be possible without the support from the rugby community.
