Willard "Bill" Fraumann, USA Rugby Hall of Fame class of 2015 and US Rugby Foundation's Board Chair, is one of America's most renown rugby players.
As a former Eagle, Fraumann is most known for when he faced France—one of the top international teams at the time—in 1977. In this game, he made history by scoring the first two tries for the U.S. in the modern era, both against the Five Nations champions led by Jean-Pierre Rives.
