Susan Adegoke was raised in Brooklyn, NY. Athleticism runs in her family as Su’s dad was an accomplished athlete as well, playing soccer, track & field, and long and successful career in boxing. Su was open to trying out every sport that came her way and grew up playing a variety of sports, including soccer, track & field, basketball, floor hockey, and rugby. And when rugby came to her middle school she embraced it with both arms.
Su is a recent graduate of Life University where she earned bachelor’s degrees in two majors: Computer Information Management and Business Administration Management. She was on the President’s and Dean’s lists for the past three years and is currently interning with Waffle House.
Su’s Life University team won the National Collegiate Championship title this past season. She has been a D1 Elite 15s First Team Collegiate All-American every year she attended Life University, was a two-time Sorenson Nominee as the top female collegiate 15s player; and was the CRAA7s Championship Most Valuable Player.
Off the pitch, Su likes to design clothes and album covers. She also has a music career that’s been going on for the past few years. Su also has Zoom calls with the younger community from Brooklyn, New York where she checks in and mentors teens who are facing some challenges growing up.
