As a scrum half, she played a pivotal role in the inaugural Women's Rugby World Cup in 1991, where the U.S. team secured a 19-6 victory over England in the final, winning the championship. Her dedication to the sport was further recognized with her induction into the U.S. Rugby Foundation Hall of Fame as 1991 World Cup champion team member.
